Crochet Fingerless Gloves

   

Skill Level - Beginner

Hook Size - Clover 7 (4.5 mm)

Yarn - Red Heart Boutique Brand, Unforgettable (4 medium), Petunia (variegated pink to purple with a gloss)

Finished Size - 5 1/2" long

INSTRUCTIONS:

Wrist Band:

Rnd 1: Chain 27, slip stitch to form ring; chain 3, dc around; slip stitch. (26)

Rnds 2-4: Chain 2 counts as first BPdc, (FPdc , BPdc) repeat around; slip stitch. (26)

Hand Part:

Rnd 5: Chain 1, sc in same stitch as joining, hdc around, mark the ends of rounds.

Rnd 6-9: Hdc around. (26)

Rnd 10: Chain 6, skip next 3 hdc (thumb hole), hdc around. (23)

Rnd 11: 7 Hdc under thumb bar, hdc around, slip stitch. (29)

Rnds 12-13: Hdc around, slip stitch. (29)

Fingers:

Rnd 14-15: Chain 2 counts as first BPdc, (FPdc , BPdc) repeat around; slip stitch. (28)

Rnd 16: 18sc under the bar, on front of glove do 4 (sc, skipping 1sc) under the bar. This will tighten hole around your fingers.

Depending on the size of your hand, you should have: 5 rows DC, 9 rows HDC, 2 rows DC, 1 row SC. Crochet patterns are easily adjustable.
